Consultation
The consultation process is in two phases:
Phase 1: initial consultations with invited groups of providers representing the breadth of the FE sector to:
- review various resources and toolkits available to inform workforce development activities for other sectors
- consider materials and resources already available within the FE sector and their place within a provider tool-kit
- identify any particular requirements for each constituency within the FE sector
Feedback and recommendations from the initial consultation will be used to inform the development of a small number of possible models and options for a provider tool-kit to be consulted on in Phase 2.
Phase 2: further consultation with providers at two national events to review models developed and for providers participating to:
- make recommendations for a possible final option, model and/ or component parts for the tool-kit
- identify key issues of functionality and accessibility for each constituency within the FE sector
- identify any further requirements for individual constituencies within the FE sector
