APPRENTICESHIP PROGRESSION AND DEVELOPMENT
–‘PROMOTING APPRENTICESHIPS’ PROJECT

ACER has been appointed to manage the delivery of 9 grant funded Apprenticeship progression and development projects across Central Eastern Area.  These projects will share effective practice to support organisations  in the delivery of the government’s Apprenticeship priorities.


Grant funded activity covers the following 4 strand areas:


  1. Promoting Apprenticeships in Secondary Schools
  2. Supporting 16-24 year olds who are currently NEET to take up apprenticeship opportunities
  3. Engaging under-represented groups focusing on BME, LLDD and people with disabilities onto apprenticeships
  4. Promoting progression through sector-based Apprenticeship pathways
