Professional development experts from our register can offer a range of expert solutions from single day activities to long-term, planned programmes over months. Our recent work has allowed us to offer our expertise to a wide range of colleges, training providers and Local Authority Adult and Community Learning services.

Recent work has included the development of Initial Teacher Training in organisations and review of curriculum offers.

The scope of expertise of our advisers reflects the whole FE sector and has covered topics as varied as equality and diversity policies, procedures and implementation; supporting managers to integrate policies into their day-to-day work; pre-inspection support; post-inspection action plan support, help implementing SARs; and external verification.

We can also offer support and guidance for your action research programmes.
