Senior Leadership Team Development

We believe it is essential that the Senior Management team are included in the programme to show their engagement and support for middle manager development as well as benefiting from some tailored development for the senior team and individuals.

We recommend that the senior leadership team complete a 3-day programme designed to incorporate key elements of the programme as well as higher level skills development along the same leadership principles.  This would also include a Myers-Briggs profile to be able to appreciate the individual’s results from previous levels and help with developing managers.

The 3 days of senior leadership development could be followed by individual executive coaching to reflect the personal development and style of each leader as required.

3 MODULES

Day 1               Personal effectiveness and mentoring;  All about teams and departments

Includes elements from the previous levels, but adjusted for senior leadership experience.

Day 2               Managing performance and developing talent;  Negotiation, mediation and resolution

Includes elements from the previous levels, but adjusted for senior leadership experience

Day 3               Emotional intelligence and coaching to improve performance;  Inspiring and motivating through change

Includes elements from the previous levels, but adjusted for senior leadership experience.

Each module is one day in length.

The modules should be run with a few weeks in between for delegates to reflect, to complete homework and project work tasks.
