ACER has negotiated substantial discounts with Monster.co.uk to enable member colleges access to the CV database and post unlimited jobs on the MonsterBoard. In addition to staff recruitment each College will also be able to use the database for student recruitment.

Each subscribing college will have access to:

• More than 130,000 Construction professionals registered on Monster, with this number increasing daily
• More than 20,000 Health and Social Care Professionals
• More than 5,000 Qualified Assessors and Verifiers
• More than 3,500 qualified Quantity Surveyors
• More than 4.8 million Monster CVs - one in eight of the working population ranging from vocational, academic and support staff.

The package being offered includes:

• College logo on the search results page to ensure their vacancy stands out from all others
• College logo heading up all Job Postings
• Automatic e-mail alerts of suitable CVs. The College doesn't have to keep searching the database for hard to fill roles - details will just be sent straight to recruiter the minute anyone registers on Monster with the identified key skills
• Replication onto www.MonsterPublic.co.uk at no extra cost
• Full on-site training for all recruitment staff involved
• Full training on the ways to attract the best candidates and to word adverts to ensure maximum success on Monster
• Full monthly Management information on all Job Postings and CV Searches
• Choice of how candidates can apply - i.e. CV or application form, direct links to College website etc. to fully mirror current recruitment processes
• Ongoing support for any queries at all regarding the CV Search and Job Postings function
• Ongoing training available via Web-Ex twice a week for any new starters or just as a refresher
• Ability to use Database to build a talent pool for temporary staff, short term needs or recruitment Open Days
• Individual and unique log-ins for CV Database and Job Postings per College
