The service

We offer a personalised HR service built on our understanding of the college and delivered in partnership with the college. ACER’s HR team promote a positive HR model by working with managers and staff to bring about culture change, designed to complement the individual organisation. We can assist with the necessities of the more challenging aspects of HR and in these circumstances work with management to meet business objectives, whilst providing the best possible experience for all staff.

Our HR service is provided on a personal level and involves getting to know the college, working directly with the senior managers and understanding the culture. Our service adds real value to the college through a close and trusting long-term relationship.

We are pleased to offer a HR support package that is structured to be of excellent value for money to all colleges

for the small to medium-sized colleges who may not be able to take advantage of HR services at a senior level, and
for larger colleges who may want independent HR advice or interim support for specific projects.
