Northampton College are leading the Northampton Employees Support in Skills – Apprenticeship , for the SEMLEP area. We are currently looking for partners who would be interested in participating in pre-apprenticeship support.
The aim of the programme is to increase the number of people both employed and unemployed to enter apprenticeships at all levels. This programme provides initial support for SME employers in the SEMLEP area through an advice helpline and TNAs. It also provides support for individuals (over 16 and not in training) through regulated and non-regulated delivery pre-apprenticeship training . This may vary in duration from a half day to 4 weeks. It can comprise an individual qualification or unit or a number of interventions bought together in one programme.
- ST01 – learner assessment and plans
- RQ01 – regulated learning
- NR01 – non regulated learning
- SD01 – employer engagement (this must lead to an apprentice being placed)
- PG01 – Progression Apprenticeships
For further information and to apply please submit an expression of interest to email@example.com or to discuss the programme contact Claire Nicholson-Clinch Claire.firstname.lastname@example.org 07590453418.
