Data Protection Policy

ACER is registered under the Data Protection Act 1998.  ACER does not release the data of customers, members or stakeholders to any other organizations without individual permission.  The data collected on behalf of ESF project work has a separate data protection statement and may be released to ESF, LSC or other named stakeholders for audit purposes only.  Confidential and sensitive data is stored in locked cupboards and disposed of through confidential shredding.  If you have any queries about data at ACER please write to the Chief Executive.
